[2122001015038], having it principal place of business at 7F, LUX Bldg. 1-1-41 Kawamata, Higashiosaka-shi, Osaka 577-0063, Japan (hereinafter, "RS Taichi", “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan (“APPI”) and other applicable laws.

This Privacy Notice explains how we collect and use information through the T-SABE device, related mobile applications, cloud services, and support services (collectively, the “Services”, “T-SABE”).

1. Information We Collect

(1) Information You Provide

- Name

- Email address

- Customer support inquiries and communications

• Emergency contacts details (contact name, phone number). If you choose to register emergency contact information in the application, such as the name and telephone number, you are providing Personal Data relating to individuals other than yourself. You are responsible for informing your emergency contacts that their Personal Data will be provided to us through the application and for obtaining their consent to such provision and use. You must ensure that the emergency contact information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it. If an emergency contact contacts us regarding their Personal Data, or if we determine that the Personal Data has been provided without appropriate authorization, we may take appropriate measures, including restricting the use of the information or deleting it, in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).

(2) Information Collected from the T-SABE Device

When you use the connected product, the device may automatically transmit:

- Device identifiers (device ID)

- Usage data (date of registration operation history, feature usage, session logs, total number of inflations in the T-SABE Device’s lifetime, number of max Inflations, how long the T-SABE Device have been used in its lifetime)

- Device status and diagnostics (last date & time it was connected/updated, battery level, error logs, firmware version, Hardware information, Deployed State – inflated or active)

- Sensor data generated by the product (e.g., motion data, impact data, environmental readings)

- Location data (GPS, Wi-Fi, or network-based location), if the feature is enabled

(3) Information from Apps and Websites

- IP address

- App usage logs

- Access date/time and pages viewed

(4) OpenID Connect (iOS / Android Login)

• Authentication token (OIDC ID token / access token)
• App specific user identifier
• Technical authentication metadata (timestamp, nonce, audience)
• Optional: email address or name (provided by IdP, typically on first login only)

Our App supports login using OpenID Connect–based authentication services on iOS and Android (such as Apple or Google). When you use these services, authentication tokens and related information are processed to verify your identity and may be transmitted to the relevant platform provider for verification purposes. These platform providers process Personal Data independently in accordance with their own privacy policies

2. Purposes of Use

We use personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the following purposes:

1. To provide, operate, and maintain the Services

2. To enable device connectivity and data synchronization

3. To enable core safety functions, including crash detection, automatic emergency contact notifications, and device firmware updates

4. To provide customer support and respond to inquiries

6. To improve product performance, quality, and reliability

7. To develop new features and services

8. To prevent fraud, unauthorized access, or misuse

9. To comply with legal obligations

We will not use personal information beyond these purposes without obtaining additional consent where required by law.

3. Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties

For the purpose of improving product performance, quality, and reliability, and for developing new features and services, you consent to the transfer of your Event Data Recording (EDR) data to our service provider. For these purposes, the service provider acts as an independent Personal Information Handling Business Operator and may process the data outside Japan in accordance with its own privacy policy.

The EDR data that may be transferred to the service provider for these purposes includes the following categories of information recorded through the application:

• Event ID
• Link between the user and the T-SABE device
• GPS location
• Date and time of the event
• EDR data, including accelerometer recordings (up to 2 seconds before and 2 seconds after a crash event)
• Notification status (whether the ICE notification was sent or dismissed)
• T-SABE device software and hardware version

The service provider is able to collect EDR data only when the mobile application is paired with the T-SABE device via Bluetooth and only at the time an event occurs. The service provider cannot access this data in any other manner.

We do not access or use this EDR data for the above purposes. Access to this data by us occurs only if and when you explicitly request that we provide it to you.

When you log in using OpenID Connect–based authentication services provided by platform providers such as Apple Inc. or Google LLC, authentication tokens and related identifiers are processed for the purpose of verifying your identity and establishing a secure session. For this purpose, such information is transmitted to the relevant platform provider, which acts as an independent Personal Information Handling Business Operator and may process the information outside Japan in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Except as explicitly described above, we do not provide Personal Data to third parties without your consent, unless such provision is permitted under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), including the following circumstances:

- When required by law

- When necessary to protect life, body, or property and obtaining consent is difficult

- When entrusting handling of personal data to service providers (see Section 4)

- In connection with business succession (merger, acquisition, etc.)

Where required, we will obtain your consent before providing personal data to third parties, including transfers to parties located outside Japan.

4. Entrustment (Outsourcing)

We may entrust the handling of personal data to contractors, such as:

- Cloud hosting providers

- Data analytics providers

- Customer support vendors

- Maintenance and system operation vendors

In such cases, we exercise appropriate supervision to ensure personal data is securely managed.

5. International Data Transfers

Personal data collected through the Services may be stored or processed in countries outside Japan. Where required under the APPI, we will obtain your consent or ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place.

6. Security Control Measures

We take necessary and appropriate security control measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data, including:

- Access controls and authentication

- Encryption of communications

- System monitoring and intrusion prevention

- Employee training

- Supervision of contractors

You may request details of our security control measures as described in Section 9.

7. Retention Period

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

8. Your Rights Under APPI

Under the APPI, you have the right to request:

- Notification of the purpose of use

- Disclosure of your retained personal data

- Correction, addition, or deletion

- Suspension of use or erasure

- Suspension of provision to third parties

If you wish to make a request, please contact us using the details in Section 9. We may verify your identity before responding.

9. Personal Information of Minors

The T-SABE may be used by individuals under the age of 18. Where a user is a minor, we encourage the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, particularly when personal information is provided through the Services.

To the extent required under applicable laws, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), the collection and use of personal information relating to minors is based on the consent of a parent or legal guardian, or is otherwise permitted by law.

If a parent or legal guardian believes that a minor has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, they may contact us using the details provided in Section 10. Upon confirmation, we will take appropriate measures, which may include restricting the use of personal information or deleting it, in accordance with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Notice as necessary. Significant changes will be notified through the app, website, or other appropriate means.
